The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Rampart does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of scan results. Scan results are informational and do not constitute a comprehensive security audit or penetration test. Rampart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Scan results are associated with your account and stored securely. We do not share individual scan results with third parties. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including scanning domains without authorization or using results for malicious purposes.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
